ParlayPen is a branded messaging platform that allows users to create personalized, professional messages delivered via shareable web links. Features include customizable branding, message editing after sending, photo attachments, password protection, and message management.
To use ParlayPen, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use ParlayPen only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of all content you create on ParlayPen, including messages, photos, and branding materials. By using the Service, you grant ParlayPen a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. ParlayPen does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content.
ParlayPen offers a free tier that includes core features. Paid subscriptions ("Pro") provide unlimited messages and additional features. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Messages created on ParlayPen are hosted as live web links. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to message links. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
When you delete a message from your dashboard, the associated link is permanently deactivated.
Your use of ParlayPen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages as described in our SMS Terms of Service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
The ParlayPen name, logo, branding, website design, and underlying technology are the property of ParlayPen and Powell Parker. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
ParlayPen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParlayPen and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ParlayPen in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParlayPen, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
